Oh dear Richard, so nice to see you back in your usual 'grand-style' my friend. Your table is stunning, and the Fall centerpiece is amazing, I truly love it and it's so inspiring for my dinner party as well. Funny, I thought of putting blue and White transferware dishes and a pumpkin centerpiece, along with a crocheted tablecloth too! Great minds think alike, but your centerpiece is swoon! Let us know how the party went.

The dining room looks so grand, and I adore the blue dinnerware with the orange... stunning. Funny how those old color wheel lessons always yield a successful look. The pheasant in the centerpiece is such a jewel; I like it so much. I know that your tour will delight all your guests. Thanks for bringing us along. Cherry Kay

Hi Richard- It’s hard to believe it is fall already. Your dining room is beautiful as always. I love how you incorporate your Victorian wax fruit in with the pumpkins. I thought I had found some wax fruit at a consignment store but when i picked it up and handled it I realized it was just old plastic fruit someone had had in their kitchen and it was covered in years of cooking grease!!!! Oh so nasty!!!

Hope your party goes well and that you have a "bumper crop" of home tours this fall!! Give Sissy Dog a pat on the head from me!

It's beautiful Richard! Did you buy all of those pumpkins or are they on loan? lol Hope they're not too heavy for your antique table. :)
I love all of your wax fruit and the addition of your silver pheasant too.
Lucky birthday party guests.
Have a great week,
Gina

Hi Richard- I'ts been a long time- somehow I lost contact. What a fabulous display you created! Those pumpkins withthe pheasants look fabulous! That chandelier is gorgeous- I don't remember seeing it before. Love the blue plates mixed with this setting. I just put together my mantel and I was determined to get some blue in it!

Thanks for the close up of the chandelier. It's stunning.

The pumpkins look fabulous; their colors really pop. I remember what you said in an older post about an Easter table piled with an enormous bounty of glass Easter eggs:

Go big or go home.

Well, your pumpkins really go big. Love 'em! Especially grouped around the epergne and with the pheasants on top.

Any suggestions on where to find an epergne these days? Scarcer than hen's teeth!
