Three Days Notice Mississippi to flood.

I haven't got but a minutes. Taking a break from sandbagging. The Mississippi is flooding and we have three days to prepare. Say a lot of prayers. In theory we are almost ready and my house should be safe. In theory. Richard

  5. My thoughts and prayers have been and will be with you. We were watching the news about Clarksville flooding, and I had no sooner told my husband that one of the people on my bloglist is there along the river, and you appeared on the screen being interviewed by a news reporter. You did well.

I hope all of your sandbags and barriers hold up and you stay high and dry. Be careful not to overdo with all of the sandbagging and lifting and bending. Old Man River can be a real roughneck sometimes.
Best wishes to you and everyone near the river, take care.

  12. What does it look like when many areas have zero access to flood insurance?

Knowing what flood insurance bought thru US government did for hurricane Ike victims.....

    Interesting times ahead.
